Our reporting channel under the Whistleblower Protection Act
The management at Otto Klumpp GmbH is committed to acting as a reliable partner in the business community, always in accordance with all laws, regulations and compliance requirements. To ensure that any criminal, illegal or unfair practices in a professional context can be swiftly detected and prevented, we fulfil, amongst other things, our legal obligations under the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
Together with the Baden Association of Industrial Enterprises (Wirtschaftsverband Industrieller Unternehmen Baden e.V., ‘wvib’), we operate a joint internal reporting office in accordance with Section 14(2), sentence 1 of the HinSchG, through whose reporting channels information regarding any legal breaches in connection with our business activities can be submitted. The use of these reporting channels is open not only to our staff but also to our business partners (see Section 16(1), sentence 3 of the HinSchG). By making these reporting channels available to external third parties who have professional contact with Otto Klumpp GmbH, we are counting on your support to effectively counteract and remedy any potential malpractices.
