One of the key changes we are introducing is our move towards a “first-name culture”. By using first names throughout the company, we want to create an even more open, personal, and relaxed atmosphere while strengthening collaboration and communication within our team.
In addition, we presented and discussed many new topics and projects that will be coming our way over the next few weeks and months. The meeting provided valuable information, exciting insights, and an opportunity for open exchange — once again demonstrating how much we can achieve when we work together as a team.
We are looking forward to the upcoming challenges, new projects, and exciting developments ahead — and, most importantly, to tackling them together as a team and continuing to move forward.
