Three Weeks of International Experience: Our Trainee Angelika Gains Valuable Work Experience in Málaga

Gaining international experience, improving language skills and discovering new perspectives on the world of work: Angelika, one of our industrial management trainees in her third year of training, had the opportunity to complete a three-week work placement in Málaga, Spain.

During her stay, Angelika worked at a hotel in Málaga, where she took on responsibilities at the reception desk. As the first point of contact for hotel guests, she assisted with their enquiries, supported them with their needs and provided recommendations for excursions and leisure activities in the region.

To help her communicate confidently with international guests, Angelika also attended an English course. This allowed her to further develop her language skills and strengthen her communication abilities in a professional environment.

Supporting the personal and professional development of our trainees is important to us. We therefore provided Angelika with the best possible support throughout her international placement and covered the associated costs. Our aim is to give our young talents the opportunity to gain experience beyond their usual workplace and explore new perspectives.

The three weeks in Málaga gave Angelika valuable insights into a different working culture and the daily operations of an international hotel. In addition to gaining practical work experience, she was able to strengthen her independence, discover new perspectives and create many wonderful memories.

We are delighted to have made this opportunity possible for Angelika and are proud to support our trainees throughout their professional and personal development.
